There is a charge for counselling; but fees are negotiable on a sliding scale according to the clients' means. Currently the full-rate charge is £35 per session with a minimum rate of £10 per hour.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation you are required to give 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be asked to pay the agreed fee of your missed session.

Confidentiality

Apart from supervision, no information is available to anyone else without your consent. However, exceptional circumstances may arise which indicate good grounds for believing that serious harm could occur to you or others. The Counselling Contract will include an agreement about the level and limits of confidentiality offered.
